niota is highly configurable end user tool for data management and table content edit. Curently this types of database management systems are supported:

• MySQL

Users do not have to know database syntax to edit data tables, they can do it by using a grid interface. Numerous rules and restrictions can be set on user or group level to protect data integrity. Here are some features of niota: cross database environment lookup tables, master-detail tables, custom rules for data input check, run stored procedures, call web services, etc.

Administrators can set up the rules and handle user rights or even edit the grids, while simple users can act within their boundaries.
