configure user
User ID
Unique ID for this user account. In case you want use LDAP as authentication method the user ID must match with the LDAP user ID on your LDAP server.
Description User
Description for this user account within niota.
Password
Password for this user account. Configure password rules applied since v.5.x
E-mail address for this user account.
Firstname
Firstname for this user account.
Lastname
Firstname for this user account.
Phone
Phonenumber for this user account. Just for documentation purposes.
LDAP active
Checkbox to activate LDAP authentication for this user account. For correct authentication the LDAP connection must be set up in your connection file.
User ID LDAP
Alternate user ID for LDAP authentication. Not used
Administrator
Checkbox to assign administrator role to this user account.
Expiration Password
Timestamp on which password for this user will expire. User has then to enter a new password according active password rules.
Language Code Grid Area
Selection of language for user grid area frontend.
Company Org/Unit
Text to note users org unit.
Ticket ID User request
Ticket ID, by which creation of user was requested
on/off use Application Page
Flag to toggle display of application overview page. In case it's off, only a single icon and the key of an application is shown in upper menu bar.
on/off use centered form
Flag to toggle display of edit/display form. In case it's off the form is displayed relative to the cursor. In case it's on forms are always centered.
on/off ignore resize lock form
Flag to toggle setting to obey or ignore locked grid size. In case it's on the use will see a resize handle on the bottom right corner of a grid.
